These terms govern your use of Picka ("the service"). By creating or responding to an event, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Picka is a free tool for proposing dates, collecting availability and confirming group events. We provide it "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the event details and other content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display and process that content to operate the service (for example, showing your event to the people you invite). You're responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for having the right to share any contact details you enter.
Responding to an event does not require an account. Organisers may sign in with Google or a passwordless email link to manage their events. You're responsible for keeping your management links private.
Public-holiday and school-term information is provided for convenience and, for some years, is estimated from standard rules. Always confirm official dates before relying on them. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picka is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
